MYNUTRIBABY is dedicated to educate parents on the importance of good infant and young child nutrition for growth, development and well-being of children aged 0 to 2 years. We also sought to help parents instil in their children healthy eating habits that would help prevent non-communicable diseases during childhood as well as the years ahead.
Our website is dedicated to topics and common concerns that fall under the following subjects:
1) Breastfeeding – advice and tips for mothers who are pregnant and breastfeeding, including mothers who have to go back to work.
2) Complementary foods – help and pointers for mothers when introducing solid foods to their baby from 6 months of age.
3) Table foods – how to continuously provide good nutrition to the toddler once he has become comfortable with solid foods and is ready to eat foods enjoyed by the rest of the family.
